Writing up the day's jobs after a 12-hour shift is nobody's idea of fun. With PaySorted you invoice on the doorstep in under a minute.
Burst pipes get fixed fast — and forgotten just as fast. Reminders go out automatically, so the £180 call-out actually lands.
No more chasing customers you'll see again. PaySorted does the nudging in your name — friendly first, firmer only if needed.
Every plumber on PaySorted gets three ready-written reminders — Friendly, Professional and Firm — filled in with the customer's name, the invoice number, the amount and a payment link. They go out on schedule by email or text, and stop the moment the customer pays.
Save your regular jobs — boiler service, CP12, power flush — in your price list and add them in one tap. Attach the gas safety certificate to the job so the customer (or their letting agent) can download it from their own page.
Plus: quotes customers accept online, deposits, photos and certificates on each job, card and Pay by Bank payments, CIS and VAT on invoices, and Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent & Sage.
Deposits, text reminders, the customer page, the letter before action and accounting software connections are on the Pro plan and above. Everything else is on every plan.
Your logo and colours — or a clean name heading if you don't have a logo — with everything a UK invoice must show, whether you're a sole trader or a limited company, VAT registered or not. What must be on an invoice?
Yes. Pick the customer, type what you did and the price, and tap Send. They get it by email or text with a "Pay now" button for card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay by Bank.
Yes — add it to your invoice footer once (for example "Gas Safe reg. 123456") and it appears on every invoice and quote.
No. If you're not VAT registered your invoices show no VAT and say "Not registered for VAT". If you are, add your VAT number and PaySorted shows the VAT correctly on every invoice.
Add them as the customer and put the property as the site address. The invoice shows both, and reminders go to whoever is paying.
Step by step, from a friendly reminder to the small claims court.
