Questions

Does it cost the accountant anything?

No — and it doesn't cost your client anything extra either. Accountant access and the client dashboard are free on every PaySorted plan, including Starter, for as many clients as you like. You don't use up one of your client's team logins.

How do I get access to a client?

Request it from your portal with your client's email — they just tap Accept. Or your client can invite you from More → Your accountant in their app. Either way, nothing happens until the client agrees.

Can I make changes or send invoices?

No — accountant access is read-only by design. You can view and download everything; only the business owner can change or send anything.

What about purchases and expenses?

PaySorted records sales and money received, and clients can snap receipts for their expenses, which you can see and download in the period-end pack. If your client uses Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or Sage, PaySorted copies its invoices and payments across automatically, so your usual bookkeeping stays the main record.

How does the partner programme work?

You get your own link, and optional printed flyers with a QR code for reception. You choose either a partner reward for your practice or a discount for your clients. Ask us using the form above and we'll explain the details and set you up.

Is client data secure?

Each business's data is kept separate and only people the owner approves can see it. Access is tied to your personal login (no shared passwords), and the client can remove it at any time.
